Entry Door – Cylinder Lock & Deadbolt Prep

Bore for the deadbolt cylinder and handle set, bore for both latch bolts, and route both faceplates.

$375 per door

Pocket Door – Mortise Lock Prep

Mortise lock pocket; route faceplate.

$325 per door


Interior Door – Mortise Lock Prep

Mortise lock pocket, through-bolt drilling, and faceplate routing.

$340 per door


Entry Door – Mortise Lock & Deadbolt Prep

Mortise lock pocket, deadbolt boring, and faceplate routing.

$675 per door


What's Included

Hardware Installation

  • Hardware installation is billed separately at an hourly rate
  • Most hardware installations require approximately 2–3 hours per door
  • Hardware must be on-site before setup
  • Strike plate routing is completed during hardware installation
